I like baseball. I like the Yankees. I don't like most sportswriters.

What I learned today.
The joy of rainouts and the accompanying Yankeeographies.
This time, it's Graig Nettles.
I learned two important things about Graig Nettles:
He is the third baseman who hit .248 who belongs in the Hall of Fame.
He got his RBIs in close games.

I think you forgot to mention that his "Yankee"ography spends a good 20 minutes on his tenure with the San Diego Padres. What exactly does that have to do with his Yankee career?
Every Yankeeography finds somebody who says so-and-so belongs in the Hall of Fame, so-and-so is better than everbody thinks, so-and-so was the real MVP of the team, and so-and-so was the guy you wanted up in a big spot.
Everybody on the 1978 Yankees was the guy you wanted up in a big spot?
